Remote Assistance
To use Remote Assistance you must:

be talking with a Deseret Mutual associate
-
authorize the session
-
and be using a Windows based computer
For Internet Explorer users, nothing is installed on your computer's hard drive nor is anything added to your
Window's registry file. The session is encrypted to completely secure any information that passes between your computer and
Deseret Mutual.
To authorize a Deseret Mutual Associate to provide Remote Assistance and view your
computer's monitor click on the
following link and follow the instructions you receive from the associate who is
helping you (note: certain browsers such as firefox and safari may require
you to download the program before you can execute it. The default download
location is the desktop).
Run Remote Assistance Program
You may encounter an alert such as one of the following:
Click the "Run" button or Click the "Open" button
Optionally, you can save the program to your computer and run it from there.
Additionally you may encounter an alert from any firewall or security software installed
on your computer.
You should allow access (click "Run") to the DMBAHelp.exe program.
When the program starts you will be presented with the login menu.
Your Deseret Mutual Associate will tell you what values to use for "Login" and "Password."
While the program is running you will notice the addition of a "DM Beehive" icon
in your system tray.
By right-clicking on this icon at any time, you can select "exit" and terminate the
program and your Remote Assistance session.
Windows Vista or Windows 7 users may additionally see the following upon termination of the program:
Simply click "Cancel"
