Salary Grade Level 10

 

Full-Time: Monday – Friday

 

We have an opening for an ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE to work in the MISSIONARY MEDICAL Division.

 

This associate will be responsible to assist in collection of accounts receivables through excellent customer service (through in-bound and out-bound calls) and accurate claims re-adjudication.  This includes working with mission office staff, missionaries, families, ecclesiastical leaders, health-care providers, family and other insurance companies, and Deseret Mutual staff.

 

REQUIRED TRAINING, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:

·         Passion for excellence

·         Strong quantitative skills

·         Effectively work with others in a team environment

·         Strong grammar and communication skills (verbal & written)

·         Demonstrated problem solving ability

·         Ten key, typing, and overall Windows computer experience

·         High School graduate or equivalent

·         Sensitivity to the LDS missionary and member culture

 

PREFERRED TRAINING, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:

·         Past office experience completing tasks quickly and accurately

·         Previous healthcare experience

·         Knowledge of claims processing or provider billing

·         Experience with coordination of benefits

·         Previous experience in accounts receivable

·         Medical Terminology

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

·         Previous experience in providing excellent customer service

·         Associates or Bachelors degree

·         Experience with Sage’s MAS500 software

This employee will be responsible for working with Employer Contacts. He/she will also work closely with Savings and Retirement Plan processors.  This employee will be responsible for processing enrollments and changes, collecting data and performing edits, and assisting in required plan testing.

 

REQUIRED TRAINING, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:

·         Good PC skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·         Self starter

·         Able to work alone and in group settings

·         Good oral and written communication skills

·         Keyboarding skills (typing and 10-key)
