Education Resource
Through a partnership with Lilly, you and your family can use the Lilly Online Diabetes Education Center (LODEC).The LODEC site offers these features:
- Anonymous login ID for patient confidentiality (Deseret Mutual will not see any of your information)
- Six individual learning modules: HbA1c, blood pressure, foot care, eye care and kidney checks
- Interactive activities and questions for high levels of learning retention
- Advanced graphics and easy-to-follow text
- Incentives to complete each module
To enter LODEC, please follow the following login instructions after clicking on the "Diabetic Education Resource" link below
Login Instructions
- Select your language preference.
- In the ID field, enter one of the following codes appropriate to you:
- act (all lowercase letters) for non-student individuals younger than 60
- snr (all lowercase letters) for individuals 60 and older
- stu (all lowercase letters) for students
- Enter your unique password (the password must contain any three letters and any six numbers). Please remember your password as it will be required for future visits to LODEC.
- Click in the small box to indicate you are a first time user.
- Click the "Login" button
