2024 Utah and Idaho Physician Fee Schedule Updates are available through the "Fee Schedule" request that is located in the Services menu above.
Provider applications will not be accepted through 2024, as we have determined that our current provider panel is sufficient to meet the needs of our members. We'll update this information when we reopen our panel.
