Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) Enrollment Introduction

Electronic Remittance Advice, or ERA, allows providers to receive their Explanations of Payment (EOP) electronically, as well as provide the benefit of automatically posting payments to a patient’s account.
If you are enrolling in Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), we strongly encourage you to consider enrolling in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). EFT is a free and secure way to receive your payments more quickly and without risk. But keep in mind that enrolling in EFT does not change our overpayment policies and procedures. If you’re overpaid, we’ll send you a letter asking for a refund by check or automatic take-back.
If you want to use ERA, you must enroll using this electronic application. ERA is not available otherwise.
To begin using ERA, choose one of the following enrollment options.
