Wellness Program
Earn a premium refund of up to $200 when you participate in Deseret Mutual's Living Healthy Wellness program. The program includes two components: six wellness challenges ($25 each) and a personal health assessment survey, taken once per year ($50).
All family members are encouraged to participate in the Living Healthy Wellness Program. But only the primary policy holder is eligible for the premium refund at this time.
