You must register for the wellness program! Even though you can register anytime during the year, you'll only receive credit for the challenges you complete after you register. So do it early!
All family members are encouraged to participate in the Living Healthy Wellness Program. But only the primary policy holder is eligible for the premium refund at this time.
You must complete at least 80% of each challenge to receive credit toward your premium refund.
