On September 6, 2025, the Connect Care mobile application will be removed from missionary devices.  The Connect Care experience will be integrated with a new Intermountain Health mobile application.  This is a major transition in technology and given the upcoming deadline, we don¿t have adequate time to ensure a smooth experience for our missionaries and missions.  As a result, we have made the decision to temporarily pause the use of Connect Care until appropriate preparations can be made. 

Thank you for your patience as we work through this transition.  We'll send additional information when Connect Care is ready for use through the new Intermountain Health application.
